How do you ship packages?
All of our products are processed within 3 business days, but during peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays, this may be delayed slightly. Delivery times may take longer around holidays or due to circumstances out of our control. But we use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.
As we offer free shipping for most of our products, delivery time may vary between 10 – 30 days, as we select a balance of the fastest and cost-effective shipping offered.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
If by chance your item has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at email@example.com, so that we may assist you regarding the status of your order. Depending on the destination of the package, and other delays, orders might take longer due to couriers and customs inspections so please take this into consideration.
